CIAO BELLA prefers not to limit the sale of their brands to certain countries, however we need to honor our vendor’s wishes and comply with any regulations and law.

Orders

When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order at the price indicated at the time of purchase including any delivery fees, taxes and custom duties where applicable. You order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us. Any items held in your basket of wish list, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Payment

We accept the following types of payment methods when placing an order on www.ciaobella.mc : Debit or Credit Card Payment on CIAO BELLA are processed through secure and trusted payment.

Pricing

Prices on our website are displayed in  EUR and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rates. Prices exclude any extra costs shipping fees, taxes or custom duties. Any additional costs will only be displayed when checking out.

If you are paying with a credit that is not denominated in EUR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

We can process your order in the next currencies: EUR. Products are priced in our base currency, EUR. The current market rate, the rate at the moment of purchase, is used to convert EUR. When your local currency is different than the currencies we can process your payment in EUR, the conversion is handled by your financial institution and might be subject to a small conversion fee.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are only valid in accordance with their terms. They are non-transferable, there is no cash alternative, can only be used once and cannot be used in combination with any other promotional offer.

Gift messages can be added to your order at check out and are free of charge.

Delivery

Orders are delivered worldwide, however subject to any shipping restrictions. Your order will be fully owned by you from the time we receive your payment in full and deliver them to you.

The following delivery options apply:

** Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (11am-7pm) after the cut-off time and/or on any MONACO public holiday will be deemed placed on the first MONACO working day following the date on which the order was submitted.

*** We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery. 

**** Please note that our driver will contact you through the phone number provided at checkout to inform you on the delivery of your order. After 3 attempts to deliver, your order will be returned to us and you should contact our team to arrange re-delivery or pick-up.

Orders can be picked up at our office address. This option can be chosen at check out.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original, return or re-delivery charges. CIAO BELLA is not responsible for failure or delay of delivery for reasons outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange items subject to meeting the conditions set out in the Returns and Exchanges Policy. You must request your return or exchange within 7 days from delivery of your order. Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery of your order, will not be accepted. We offer returns and exchanges free only once per order. When you want to return your item, we offer store credits only. Please note we do not refund in money.

Items marked on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will only issue a refund or exchange when items are unused, with sanitary stickers (applicable for swimwear only) and original tags in place. Please take care to preserve any other product packaging. There will be no return or exchange on hats and jewelry. Returns that include any of the items that are not subject to return or exchange, that have not the required labels, sanitary stickers or is damaged or soiled, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and/or refund will be refused.

Please try bikini bottoms and one-pieces on over your underwear.

Please email info@ciaobella.mc if any of your items have been delivered without tags or sanitary labels in place or/ and if your product has a manufacturing defect.
